How to reactivate Google Adsense disabled

I once bought a domain 'ex' of a person because the domain it has 'PR'. My goal is none other than the to sell links on the PR domain. Long-story-short: the domain it can not be installed i Adsense. Why? maybe the previous owner violates the TOS of Google so that the domain of its service ads disabled by the champion.

Ever experienced the same thing as above? Then how do I get the Adsense can be displayed again in your domain?
